Video Footage of ‘Afterlife: Ground Zero’ Leaked, More Unreal Engine 3 Goodness Headed our Way

The media’s (which includes us, I guess) fascination with the Unreal Engine 3 has gotten us to document every single Unreal Engine 3 news we can find, but this is one game that has gotten me more and more intrigued the more and more I watch the video.

Codenamed Afterlife: Ground Zero, Trendy Entertainment (yes, the same peeps who created Dungeon Defender) are planning on creating a third-person shooter game with different playable classes, tons of RPG elements, killer enemies, a wealth of replayability, and co-op play.

But hold your horses before getting too excited: the game is far from being released, with the UI slapped together in 24 hours, and nothing in the video seems to be final.  Still, the graphics are enough to make your jaw drop a few inches, and we’re definitely looking forward to a closer look at the game once it’s playable.

About Daniel

I have been an iPhone game addict ever since the NES emulator came out on the 1.1.4 iPhone 2G. After 2.0 and the App Store came out, my iPhone homescreen has never been the same. Other than writing reviews for App Store games, I play soccer/football, American football, volleyball, and golf. I love going to the beach and fishing on the pier. Some games not available on iPhone/iPod Touch that I truly love are the Call of Duty series, Guitar Hero III, Madden NFL 09, and PGR: Gotham Racing.
