Console developers 2XL Games have lowered their ATV racing game significantly from $7.99 to $0.99, a game that offers some of the best racing experiences on the iPhone. While ATV offroad racing is a genre that hasn’t been tackled much, 2XL went right ahead and set the bar high, very high.
2XL ATV Offroad is one of the few games on the iPhone that truly feels like a console game, with the inclusion of achievements, good controls, breathtaking graphics, and wonderful gameplay variations. The game received a ‘Must Have‘ rating from us when it was reviewed at the $7.99 price point, and at $0.99, you have to be crazy not to buy this.
The only real competition to this game would be Resolution Interactive AB’s Dirt Moto Racing, but then again, Dirt Moto Racing seems to be well a ways off from ATV Offroad. If you haven’t picked this title up yet, I suggest you just go on ahead and pick it up, as it is one of the best racing experiences on the iPhone.
