With Thanksgiving just around the corner, Gameloft got quite lucky with the approval of Skater Nation, a fully 3D skate simulator. We haven’t seen this genre attempted much, only by a few companies like Fuel Games and Illusion Labs. With non-linear gameplay and eight different skaters to chose from, it looks to be quite the game.
Skater Nation is available now for $6.99 with no lite version currently available. While some of Gameloft’s games have gone on sale, it seems as if this title is missing that sale sign as it is new. You can expect a full review from us soon, but for now check out the trailer along with the screenshots. Personally, I’m quite excited to get my hands on Skater Nation as it is one of the very first real skating simulators on the iPhone.
