Cobra Mobile has struck again with Low Grav Racer 2 coming to an iPhone near you. They were kind enough to provide us with a few descriptions along with new screenshots to show off to everybody, and from the looks of it, I’m sure you’ll be pleased.
Low Grav Racer is a racing game that takes place in the future, also known as a futuristic racing game. In the veins of Wipeout, Low Grav Racer 2 promises to feature some high-speed thrills. Among the features are 18 tracks, a new 3D graphics engine, and a “showcasing of the iPhone 3GS’s capabilities”.
The game will feature touch and tilt controls, and hopefully they will be perfected. The futuristic racing genre hasn’t been hit very hard on the iPhone, and while it’s definitely possible, most of the attempts have been futile. It’s safe to say that you should wait for Low Grav 2 before buying any other futuristic racer, but we still have yet to see a perfect Wipeout clone.
Expect to see Low Grav Racer 2 in the App Store during the month of December.
