The Free Game Report: ‘Tower Madness’ and ‘Paradise: The Beginning’

This little survival shooter came way before iDracula, and it was one of the first real iPhone games on the platform.  It looks to be designed very well, and the controls are almost the same as any other dual-stick shooter.  If you haven’t tried out this title yet, I suggest you go on down and download it now.

While the survival shooter genre has travelled far, Paradise: The Beginning is still a worthy competitor at the price of free.  This version includes 6 different types of enemies along with 4 different weapons, and while the content seems a little underwhelming, you just have to keep in mind that the game is free.

Another game that went somewhat free is Tower Madness, coming in a form known as TowerMadness Zero.  This version is ad-supported, but other than that, the full version of the game is totally free.  While I didn’t enjoy this tower defense much, it’s definitely worth a try for those looking for another tower defense game.

Both free titles are definitely worthy of a post, and definitely worthy of a download.  If you haven’t downloaded these yet, I suggest you go on down to the treasure trove we know as the App Store and download these titles right away.  And if you don’t like them, there’s no real guilt felt when deleting them.

About Daniel

I have been an iPhone game addict ever since the NES emulator came out on the 1.1.4 iPhone 2G. After 2.0 and the App Store came out, my iPhone homescreen has never been the same. Other than writing reviews for App Store games, I play soccer/football, American football, volleyball, and golf. I love going to the beach and fishing on the pier. Some games not available on iPhone/iPod Touch that I truly love are the Call of Duty series, Guitar Hero III, Madden NFL 09, and PGR: Gotham Racing.
