Hands-On With Triazzle Holiday

Triazzle is a puzzle that I absolutely loved back when it was released around May or so.  Well, from the creators of Triazzle comes an all new puzzle with all new backgrounds and sounds and will arrive this holiday season for a measly $0.99.

If you haven’t tried Triazzle before, now’s you’re chance as this is one of the most genius puzzles ever created.  The original sold over 5 million copies, and with good reason as it is one of the best puzzles I’ve ever played.  The new version of the game takes the Triazzle puzzle to the next step with an all new Christmas background, and you’ll see the familiar figure of St. Nick in the background as well.

There’s really nothing else to the game other than it’s a Christmas version of their already existing game Triazzle.  It’s still very well done and very well designed, and the sounds are also switched to fit in with the whole Christmas theme.  As you all may know, Halloween is coming up right around the corner, but Triazzle Holiday really gave me that holiday vibe.

Even with all the spooky decorations and sounds surrounding the atmosphere, Triazzle Holiday did a great job with providing the Christmas atmosphere.  From the “ho-ho-ho” to the jingling of bells, I thought the sounds were one of the key factors in providing an environment in this game.

I can’t wait for the game to be released, and it’s another very well-designed game from Dreamship.  They’re original iPhone title was more than enough for the casual gamer, and this one should fit in quite nicely in your collection.  If you don’t know what Triazzle is, check out the lite version to get a feel for how the game will play.  And also, replace the frogs with bells and lights along with Santa Claus and you’ll pretty much be playing Triazzle Holiday.

For $0.99, this is definitely worth your money and time.  Look for the game to hit the shelves during the month of November and will be sold until the end of December.

About Daniel

I have been an iPhone game addict ever since the NES emulator came out on the 1.1.4 iPhone 2G. After 2.0 and the App Store came out, my iPhone homescreen has never been the same. Other than writing reviews for App Store games, I play soccer/football, American football, volleyball, and golf. I love going to the beach and fishing on the pier. Some games not available on iPhone/iPod Touch that I truly love are the Call of Duty series, Guitar Hero III, Madden NFL 09, and PGR: Gotham Racing.
