Shrek Kart has been Gameloft’s contestant to the kart arena, already filled with the likes of Krazy Kart Racers and Cocoto Kart Online. One feature that seems to stand out is the fact that you can play any character from Dreamwork’s movie Shrek, whether it be Shrek himself or his best pal Donkey. Personally, I’m a huge fan of the Donkey and can’t wait to test drive this one.
Shrek Kart features 15 tracks along with 11 different characters. It also has 4 single player modes including Single Race, Tournament, Arena, and Challenges. Sadly, Shrek Kart does not have an online multiplayer feature, something that was implemented into Cocoto Kart Online and Krazy Kart Racers (although poorly). It does have, though, a local WiFi multiplayer mode to play with your friends, family, etc.
We should have a review up for this game any time soon, but for now, check out the game trailer to get a feel for how Shrek Kart will play. The game is available for $4.99.
