Two Games Added to Plus+: Rolando and Star Defense Prelude

Plus+ has proven itself to be one of the premier social gaming networks on the iPhone followed closely by OpenFeint.  When it comes to Plus+, some people like myself become very competitive in adding and accumulating points to beat other people.  Here are two games that have been added to the Plus+ network, and each one seems to provide a considerably good amount of points.

Star Defense Prelude: This game serves as a sort of lite version for Star Defense, but it also comes with an all new planet that is not available in Star Defense.  So if you own the full version, this free version is definitely worth the download for some more Plus+ points and an all new planet.

Rolando 1.8: Along with the unlocking of the last 4 secret levels, Rolando version 1.8 integrates the Plus+ network into its achievements and menus, making the Rolando experience a hundred times better.  I bought the game when it was available for $5.99, but never really played it much because of the frustrating elements and whatnot.  With the addition of Plus+, I found myself playing the game over and over to try and unlock achievements.  Sure it was frustrating, but definitely worth it if you’re a competitive type of person.

About Daniel

I have been an iPhone game addict ever since the NES emulator came out on the 1.1.4 iPhone 2G. After 2.0 and the App Store came out, my iPhone homescreen has never been the same. Other than writing reviews for App Store games, I play soccer/football, American football, volleyball, and golf. I love going to the beach and fishing on the pier. Some games not available on iPhone/iPod Touch that I truly love are the Call of Duty series, Guitar Hero III, Madden NFL 09, and PGR: Gotham Racing.

  1. I believe it’s only in Canada right now :S

I have a bad feeling about this as you have more Plus+ games than me. How many do you have right now?

  2. Awesome, go Canada!

I count 8. This includes Star Defense Prelude and Star Defense as separate, although they seem to share achievements.
