Luxor Shoots Out Onto iPhone

We reported that Luxor was coming to iPhone not too long ago, and I am quite excited to tell you that it has been released onto the App Store.  I’m glad we didn’t have to wait very long, and the game seems to be quite promising.  It offers around 78 levels and some great graphics, similar to that of Atlantis Sky Patrol and StoneLoops of Jurassica.

Luxor is the first game that features the Plus+ network outside of the ngmoco:) arena, and the Plus+ features seem quite promising.  Personally, I enjoyed Plus+ a bunch on Rolando 2 and would find myself competing with Nick.  Plus+ Network itself adds a bunch of replay value for me, and I am very glad they have added it into Luxor.

The price is $2.99 for a special introductory price, and I do hope the game lives up to its price.  We’ll have a review up very soon, but until then check out the gameplay video.

About Daniel

I have been an iPhone game addict ever since the NES emulator came out on the 1.1.4 iPhone 2G. After 2.0 and the App Store came out, my iPhone homescreen has never been the same. Other than writing reviews for App Store games, I play soccer/football, American football, volleyball, and golf. I love going to the beach and fishing on the pier. Some games not available on iPhone/iPod Touch that I truly love are the Call of Duty series, Guitar Hero III, Madden NFL 09, and PGR: Gotham Racing.
